Terms and Conditions

1. Purchase Price and Payment Terms

Payment for the total order amount, including the price of machine-made and handmade carpets, shipping costs, and any additional services, must be made within 30 days of Nariman Carpet’s invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed. For bulk orders, first-time customers, or orders requiring credit review, a 30% advance payment is required. In case of delayed payment, a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate will be applied.

 

2. Taxes and Government Fees

All taxes, duties, permits, and fees related to this transaction imposed by the governments of Iran, the UAE, or any other relevant authorities shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery Terms

  1. Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are FOB (Free on Board), and the buyer is responsible for all transportation costs. Delivery times are approximate and subject to change. Nariman Carpet reserves the right to select the shipping method, and all related costs shall be borne by the buyer. Upon receiving the goods, the buyer must report any discrepancies or damages within 10 days.
  2. Nariman Carpet is not responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, government regulation changes, strikes, or any factors beyond its control.

 

4. Order Changes

  1. Any changes to an order must be confirmed in writing by both parties. Nariman Carpet is not obligated to implement changes without a written agreement. Additional costs and delays caused by changes will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  2. If work conditions change, causing an increase in cost or delay in delivery, the final price and schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

 

5. Order Acceptance and Terms

Order acceptance implies agreement to all terms and conditions outlined in this document. Placing an order, receiving goods, or making payments constitutes acceptance of these terms. Nariman Carpet reserves the right to make changes to designs, specifications, or materials without prior notice.

 

6. Order Storage and Holding

If the buyer requests storage of an order after production, the invoice will be issued, and storage costs will be charged to the buyer.

 

7. Delays

Nariman Carpet will make every effort to ensure timely delivery but is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including shortages of raw materials, supply chain disruptions, labor issues, natural disasters, or changes in government regulations.

 

8. Order Cancellations and Returns

Orders can only be canceled or returned with Nariman Carpet’s written approval. Special and custom-made carpets are non-returnable. Returned goods must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, and the buyer will bear shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 25%. If the returned item is not in good condition, additional charges may apply.

 


 

These terms are established to protect both Nariman Carpet and its customers and must be adhered to strictly.
